License Agreement

Quick Summary

All vectors purchased from Vectorfabrica come with a simple, permissive license. You can use them in unlimited personal and commercial projects, but you cannot resell or redistribute the original files.

License Grant

When you purchase or download a vector from Vectorfabrica, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the vector illustration in accordance with the terms below.

What You CAN Do

  • ✓Use vectors in unlimited personal projects
  • ✓Use vectors in unlimited commercial projects
  • ✓Modify, edit, and adapt vectors for your needs
  • ✓Use vectors in client work and projects
  • ✓Use vectors in websites, apps, marketing materials, presentations
  • ✓Use vectors in print materials, merchandise, packaging
  • ✓Use vectors in social media content and advertisements
  • ✓Create derivative works based on the vectors

What You CANNOT Do

  • ✗Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original vector files
  • ✗Share vector files with others who have not purchased them
  • ✗Claim the vectors as your own original work
  • ✗Include vectors in stock photo or illustration websites
  • ✗Create competing vector marketplaces using our vectors
  • ✗Use vectors for trademark or logo registration without modification
  • ✗Use vectors in templates or themes that are sold or distributed

Attribution

Attribution is not required but always appreciated. If you wish to give credit, you can link back to Vectorfabrica.

Commercial Use Examples

Here are some common commercial use cases that are allowed:

  • Using vectors in client websites or applications
  • Including vectors in marketing campaigns
  • Adding vectors to product packaging
  • Using vectors in presentations for business purposes
  • Creating printed materials with vectors for sale
  • Incorporating vectors into mobile or web applications

Extended License

For special use cases not covered by the standard license, please contact us at licensing@vectorfabrica.com to discuss custom licensing arrangements.

License Validity

Your license is valid perpetually from the date of purchase or download. Even if you cancel your subscription, you retain the right to use any vectors you downloaded during your active subscription period.

Ownership

Vectorfabrica retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the vector illustrations. This license grants you usage rights but does not transfer ownership of the vectors.

License Violations

Violation of these license terms may result in termination of your license and legal action. If you become aware of any license violations, please report them to legal@vectorfabrica.com
